As a proud mom of three children, and a rescue French Bulldog—I understand the importance of family, and believe our pets are cherished members of that circle. FOSTER CARE PROVIDER
Long Island Bulldog Rescue
In 2022 I fostered a cleft palate puppy who ultimately, we adopted. Recently I served as a dedicated foster care provider for a special needs cleft palate puppy, beginning care at 17 days old and continuing until 17 weeks. This encompassed tube feeding to ensure proper nutrition, administering nebulizer treatments for respiratory health, and hand feeding to establish a strong bond and address specific nutritional needs. A comprehensive developmental care plan was implemented, monitored, and adjusted to accommodate the puppy's unique condition. This experience highlights my commitment to specialized animal care, collaboration with veterinary professionals, and the ability to provide compassionate support for animals with distinct needs.
